Protein

Protein is an important part of your diet. It helps to rebuild my muscles and it keeps me full in between meals. I use Pure Whey from Champion Nutrition. I usually have two shakes a day and I love this shake because it mixes up smooth in water. I hate chunks in my shake! And they just came out with a new flavor: Cookies and Cream. If you're not getting enough protein in your diet, consider using a protein shake to supplement what you eat on a daily basis. -H
