Crankin' Up the Workouts

This week I started to workout twice a day, and I'm loving it!! The morning workout usually consists of some time of weight training circuit style, and the late afternoon workout is short and intense!! At most they have been 20-30 minutes and may include light weights, boxing or some good old sprints. So far, I am feeling great and can't wait to see how my body reacts and changes!!

I love working out twice a day. I mean...what else am I going to do, sit around and watch TV :)

For most of us, athletes, muscle soreness after the trainings is unpleasant although inevitable part of our training routine. However, latest research shows this part could be omitted! Found a lot of interesting information on how to prevent DOMS due to proper nutrition and supplementation here:
